11th Street Dulcimers Spring Concert
Welcome Spring by enjoying the haunting and lilting melodies of Celtic tunes performed by the 11th Street Dulcimer Group! This concert is free and open to the public of all ages. Concert will be held in the Bay County Library Meeting Room.
