The Reference Department of the Bay County Public Library provides exam proctoring service for library users. There is a $10 charge for proctor service. A centralized email address referencedesk@nwrls.com is to be used by universities, colleges and the like when communication with the library is necessary. The reference librarians will adhere to the standard code of ethics when administering exams.
