The Northwest Regional Library System maintains meeting space in as many library facilities as possible. Priority in the use of library meeting rooms will be given to library sponsored events and programs.
Government agencies, community groups, and non-profit/not-for-profit organizations may use the room for up to four (4) hours at no charge. Applicant may be required to provide proof of agency or non-profit status. Beginning January 2026, for-profit groups pay $40 for up to four (4) hours per use. All groups, except government agencies, pay $80 per day for reservation periods exceeding four (4) hours. A security deposit of $200 is required if food and/or beverages other than water are served.
Meeting rooms are currently available at the following NWRLS locations: Bay County Public Library, Panama City Beach Library, and Charles Whitehead Public Library (Wewahitchka).
Complete details of the meeting room policy are contained in the Meeting Room Use Policy. To reserve a room, please contact the Library where the requested meeting room resides and complete the Meeting Room Application and Rental Agreement.
