Music from the Elements of Nature with Sammy Tedder
February 10, 2026 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST

Cultures from all over the world have been making musical instruments from materials found in their local environments: animal skins stretched over hollow logs made drums, cane drilled with holes made flutes, hollow lengths of tree branches created trumpets and seeds from plants created percussion instruments. Sammy Tedder will demonstrate many of these instruments made from natural materials and perform songs he composed for these instruments in his film soundtrack recordings. This is a multi-media presentation with scenes from his recent nature films.
This program is a part of our Tuesdays @ 2 Educational Presentation series.
