Free Comic Book Day

BCPL is once again celebrating Free Comic Book Day. We will have “blind bags” with three assorted comic books in four age groups, from 4-years old to adults. The library is partnering with Comic Emporium and Arena Comics, our two local comics shops in Panama City.
